What is your return and exchange policy?
Closther offers a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee for 30 days after you receive your order. If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 30 days to request a return, provided the product is unworn, undamaged and includes its original tags. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at support@closther.com to receive a prepaid return label and detailed shipping instructions. Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
