Closther offers a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee for 30 days after you receive your order. If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 30 days to request a return, provided the product is unworn, undamaged and includes its original tags. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at support@closther.com to receive a prepaid return label and detailed shipping instructions. Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned. For exchanges (for example, a different size or color), the quickest method is to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
